Appointments can be scheduled Monday thru Thursdays between 8 am and 9 am.
Project Assistance Meeting (PAM) is a tool to better serve and educate our customers.
The BCA PAM facilitates easy access to a live inspector who can answer questions and provide guidance for Public Work permit requirements, and answer questions relating to Executive Directives 1 & 4 (ED1 & ED4).

BCA provides Construction Inspections for all permits in the Public Right of Way including: Utility Permits, A, B, E, and S Permits.
To ensure the success of your small business or affordable housing related permit, the Bureau of Contract Administration is here to assist.
